Conflict resolution is a process which ends a dispute and reaches an agreement that satisfies all parties involved. Since conflict is a natural part of being human, we don’t teach how to avoid them. Instead, we teach how to effectively deal with conflicts and how to reconcile emotions and reach an understanding of other points of view. This skill can be taught to children, teens and adults.

Our Military Veterans benefit from assistance in three major areas: medical care, education and job training, and employment. Bajoja will partner with local and state agencies to bridge any existing gaps in order to make life easier and more enjoyable for our Vets.
